Liebe SLR-CLUB Mitglieder,
bis jetzt war es uns leider aufgrund der Covid-19 Situation nicht möglich, unsere traditionelle Jahreshauptversammlung im Januar stattfinden zu lassen. Jetzt hoffen wir sehr, dass uns dies im September 2021 gelingt.
Nach § 8 der Vereinsatzung laden wir Euch zur vierten Jahreshauptversammlung am 18.09.2021 um 13:00 Uhr im Mercedes-Benz Werk Sindelfingen im Kundencenter, Käsbrünnlestraße, 71063 Sindelfingen herzlich ein.
Die Anmeldeunterlagen sind beigefügt. Die Tagesordnung zur Jahreshauptversammlung senden wir im August zu. Solltet Ihr Anträge zur Tagesordnung haben, sendet diese bitte bis zum 30.06.2021 an
office@slr-club.com ! Vielen Dank.
Wir weisen darauf hin, dass nach deutschem Vereinsrecht nur bestätigte Mitglieder an den Wahlen teilnehmen dürfen und alle Nichtmitglieder den Raum verlassen müssen.
Am Vorabend der Mitgliederversammlung (Freitag, 17.09.2021) starten wir unser Get-Together mit einem gemeinsamen Abendessen bei Carola Daimler Cars, Privatsammlung & Eventlocation, In den Entenäckern 14 a, 70599 Stuttgart-Plieningen. Beginn ist um 19:30 Uhr. Für ein Shuttle-Bus vom V8 Hotel zur Eventlocation und
zurück ist gesorgt.

until now, unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 situation, we have not been able to have our traditional Annual General Meeting in January. Now we very much hope that we will be able to do so in September 2021.
According to § 8 of the association statutes, we cordially invite you to the third annual general meeting on September 18, 2021 at 01:00 p.m. in the Mercedes-Benz plant Sindelfingen at the customer center, Käsbrünnlestraße, 71063 Sindelfingen.
Please find the registration documents attached. The agenda will be sent out in August. If you have any requests for the agenda, please send them to office@slr-club.com until June 30, 2021! Many thanks.
We point out that according to German association law, only confirmed members are allowed to participate in the elections and all non-members have to leave the room during the elections.
On the eve of the general meeting (Friday, September 17, 2021) we will start our Get-Together with a Dinner at Carola Daimler Cars, Private collection & Eventlocation, In den Entenäckern 14 a, 70599 Stuttgart-Plieningen. The event starts at 07:30 p.m. A shuttle bus from the V8 Hotel will be organized.
